Tim Sowell PM:. is the district committee man for the Child ID program. He reported that Kids Fest will be April 19th at GC Community College from 9-4. He needs volunteers. This is the same date as open books and will restrict the number of brothers able to participate. Last year almost 300 children were ID'd.
