As the New Year approaches it is again time for the second round of visits. I would like to start my visits as soon as possible after the New Year. Please coordinate with your incoming Masters and let me know if the attached schedule will be suitable.
The standard form that is required by the Grand Lodge will be the only form that I need to pick up at the visit.
I have placed a tentative time for a meal in the schedule. Please let me know if this time is OK for your lodge.
We have had a great year and I am looking forward to another great visit to your Lodge.
